Anthony A. Anthony, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Anthony is the founder of X2Y Technology. He is principal inventor or co-inventor of over 200 of the 260 issued Patents and Patent Pendings relating to the X2Y Technology and remains X2Y's lead inventor. Plays key role of identifying strategic partnerships. Tony has over thirty-eight years of Senior Marketing and Engineering experience in the electronic component industry with Erie Technological Products, Murata Manufacturing, and Spectrum Control. Mr. Anthony has a BSEE from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD.
Donald Harris, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Harris has thirty-six years of business experience, with three years experience with Texaco and Ford in Marketing and Finance, respectively. Don was a management consultant with John Barry & Associates, Industrial Engineers and Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., the world's largest financial controls consultants. Mr. Harris is also the founder and director of Mental Health Management, a collection of corporations providing mental health care services to governments. Mr. Harris has a BSEE from the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD, and an MBA from UCLA.
Kenneth Musil, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Musil has thirty-four years of management experience in the electronic component industry. He served as a Vice President / General Manager for International Resistive Co., as well as for Spectrum Control. He served as a General Manager / Plant Manager for Motorola, Inc. and the Allen Bradley Company. Mr. Musil has a BSEE from the University of Illinois, an MS in Management as well as an MBA from Lake Forest College.
James P. Muccioli, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Muccioli has over twenty years of specialized EMC experience, both with Daimler Chrysler and United Technologies. He is inventor or co-inventor of 17 Patents while at Daimler Chrysler. He has extensive experience in EMC design, analysis, and testing, and is currently both Chairman of the SAE Integrated Circuit EMC Task Force. Jim was the only member of the EMC Society to be selected as an IEEE Fellow in 1998 for contributions to integrated circuit design practices to minimize EMI. Mr. Muccioli is a NARTE certified EMC and ESD engineer and an active member of SAE J-1113/J-551 EMC committees. Jim has BSEE and MSEE degrees from the University of Michigan.
William M. Anthony, Intellectual Property Director
Mr. Anthony has twenty-six years of management experience and is a co-founder and former president of an on-going company from another industry. Since X2Ys inception, Bill has helped develop and expand the X2Y Portfolio and is responsible for the IP Portfolio offensive/defensive strategies and managing all new and pending X2Y IP filings. Bill has developed a pro-active program for real-time monitoring for potential interference or infringement occurrences. He is also a co-inventor/inventor of over 140 of the 260 issued Patents and Patent Pendings. Mr. Anthony has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ.
